About Christine Wilkinson
With over 30 years of dedicated experience across therapeutic disciplines and safeguarding practice, I support organisations and professionals throughout the UK in creating secure, supportive environments where everyone can thrive.

A 30-year journey in care and protection
Throughout my career, I have served as a counsellor, service manager, mediator, safeguarding lead, and freelance trainer. Holding a Diploma in Counselling and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, I combine deep practical insight with professional teaching methods to deliver Safeguarding and Wellbeing training that makes a lasting difference.

A compassionate, reflective approach to learning
Safeguarding and Wellbeing topics can be sensitive and challenging. I create safe learning spaces where curiosity is encouraged and diverse learning styles are respected. Every session promotes reflective practice, practical collaboration, and self-care for learners, ensuring teams feel confident handling complex situations with empathy and competence.

Driven by core values and protection
My work is grounded in the unwavering belief that the most vulnerable in society deserve protection and that everyone has the fundamental right to feeling safe and well - at home, school, the workplace and in society.
By valuing lived experience and encouraging honest dialogue, I partner with organisations to embed safeguarding and wellbeing principles into everyday practice.
"Christine's extensive background in counselling and safeguarding brought an unmatched level of empathy and clarity to our staff training. Our team felt genuinely supported, safe, and empowered."
